The location was great for our romantic escape, with many attractions within walking distance. We loved the serene ambiance and the cozy atmosphere of our room. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views of the city and delicious food that was always served hot and fresh. One of the most impressive facts is that the hotel had contactless check-in and check-out, which was very convenient and reassuring during these unprecedented times.
There were some aspects that we felt could have been better. The room services were not up to the mark, and some basic requirements like proper handwashing and mattress quality were below our expectations.
